In this role, you’ll lead the modernization of a high-impact enterprise platform, moving from legacy systems to a cutting-edge TypeScript/React/Node.js stack. You’ll collaborate with cross-regional teams, guide architecture, and mentor developers — all while delivering scalable, high-quality software that drives real results.

### What to Expect in This Role

### Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable applications using Node.js, React, and TypeScript

• Own architecture decisions and ensure maintainable, performant solutions

• Lead CI/CD practices, testing strategies, and cloud infrastructure

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and delivery

• Mentor team members and maintain engineering standards

• Track progress, manage risks, and report effectively to stakeholder

### Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience

• 3+ years in a technical leadership position

• Advanced proficiency in Node.js, React, TypeScript, RESTful APIs

• Experience with Docker, AWS, Git workflows, CI/CD, SQL or PostgreSQL

• Fluent English (written and verbal) for daily remote collaboration

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills

### Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js 14/15 (App Router, Server Components)

• Familiarity with Storybook, Radix UI, or other design systems

• Knowledge of data visualization tools: Recharts, Victory, D3

• Backend experience with NestJS, Fastify, TypeORM, GraphQL APIs

• Deployment using Vercel, Netlify, or AWS (S3 + CloudFront)

• AWS ECS, Lambda, or EKS exposure

• Interest or experience with AI/LLM-based workflows, automation, or NLP
