WHAT IS A/AN FRONT-END DEVELOPER (UI/UX)?

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Design Execution: Take the lead on design deliverables throughout the entire process, from information architecture and wireframes to interaction design, visual design, and both low- and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Standards & Best Practices: Champion and implement UX/UI best practices, developing reusable templates, comprehensive guidelines, and robust design systems.

• UX Metrics & Analysis: Utilize data from web analytics, customer support interactions, and user research to inform, validate, and refine design decisions.

• Industry Awareness: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and applying the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies.

• Advocacy & Collaboration: Act as our in-house UX specialist, working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, creative, marketing, and product managers to deliver exceptional user-centered solutions.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Portfolio: A compelling online portfolio showcasing your best UX/UI work is essential.

• Experience: 4–5 years of hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, Vue.js, Vuetify, and NUXT, demonstrating strong proficiency in writing clean, semantic code.

• Design Skills: A solid understanding of user experience and interface design principles, coupled with a strong visual design sensibility.

• Tools: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) and Figma is a must.

• Travel Readiness: Priority will be given to candidates who hold a valid passport.

• Working knowledge of PHP.

• Experience with CMS platforms like ExpressionEngine, Shopify, or Drupal.

• Experience working across e-commerce products and brands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
