Title: Web Developer with React (NO-C2C)

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Web Developer with a strong focus on React.js. Proficient in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks/libraries like React, Redux, and React Router. Solid understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and React hooks. Experience in developing responsive, mobile-first, and cross-browser compatible web applications. Strong experience integrating with RESTful APIs and working closely with backend services. Proficiency with tools like Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier, and NPM/Yarn for efficient development workflows. Strong version control skills with Git, and experience using platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket. In-depth understanding of UI/UX design principles, design systems, and web accessibility (WCAG) standards. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, peer reviews, and continuous delivery practices. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or React Testing Library. Excellent debugging and performance tuning skills for optimizing front-end code. Nice to have: exposure to Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL, or server-side rendering.
